Co-Director: Must be able to understand the director's vision and direct scenes that the director acts in. Must be able to keep actor's under control so that things can get moving. Production Photographer: Needs to take behind the scenes pictures, and other pictures related to the film (examples: outtake shots, opening night shots, shots during scene filming). Photography experience a plus, but not required. Cameramen: We need at least three more cameramen with 8mm or DV cameras that know how to shoot, and won't give us a glorious five hour view of the sky or ground. Storyboard Artist: Must be able to accurately draw out the directors vision on a storyboard, cause he really SUCKS at drawing them.
